Roskin™ Leather is made from stone.

It's sourced from silicon, the 2nd most abundant material on the Earth's crust.

Roskin™ leather is Jesco's dedication and promise to stay sustainable with our synthetic leather manufacturing process and to offer a sustainable alternative for designers who want to take their products to the next level.

How It Works

Stone, huh?

Let me break it down for you.

  • 1. Raw Material

Our leather is made from silicon, the 2nd most abundant material found on the earth's crust. Certain companies will take this raw material for preparation.

  • 2. Silicone Resin

Silicon gets turned into silicone resin. We take this silicone resin and run it through our manufacturing facility and our curing procedure.

  • 3. Roskin™ Leather

Once it comes out from our curing chambers, we put it through testing to inspect it for any irregularities. It is then classified as Roskin™ Leather.

SUSTAINABILITY

We source our silicone resin from the world's largest silicone manufacturer to ensure guaranteed consistency in quality.

VOC-FREE MANUFACTURING

VOC ABSENCE

Most coating facilities, including ones that utilize silicone, may use small amounts of VOC in their process. However, instead of using Toluene as our mixing agent, we use a silicone based mixing agent to create our Roskin leather that is completely VOC-Free.

patented surface technology

SILKY SMOOTH

We've patented our coating technology along with our surface feel which gives Roskin™ its signature silky finish.

MARTINDALE RUBBING TEST

DURABILITY

Unlike any other silicone-based leathers manufactured worldwide, Roskin™ Leather's surface abrasion durability yield's the highest result due to our curing technology.
